Abstract

The theme of this work was: Consumer Attitude Analysis to Cinema Services. The aim of marketing research was to determine how customers perceive the cinema. Method of written questioning was used for this marketing research. 180 respondents were questioned from Frýdek-Místek and the surrounding area. Positive and negative views of respondents were recorded and evaluated in the analysis. Based on the results of the analysis was designed solutions that cinema could serve not only in present but also in the future.
