Racionalizace technické infrastruktury v územním plánování

Abstract

A technical infrastructure is an essential component of landscape planning and in connection with traffic infrastructure and functional employment it is a very complicated issue. The technical infrastructure is exacting in terms of investments from the point of view of financing and also territorial claims. Particularly financing and territorial claims are the reason why a technical infrastructure is necessary to be suggested in the most suitable way and also it is needed to delimit the area for it. The technical infrastructure in landscape planning is a longterm matter in the area, so it is important to consider its proposal properly. The thesis deals with a technical infrastructure, its proposal and use in landscape planning. There are more other uses of technical infrastructure, in following detailed documentation as a territorial study, a regulatory scheme, or processing of the application file for a decision on the location of buildings or facilities. The rationalization of the technical infrastructure is based not only on the data for a technical infrastructure, but particularly on economic-mathematical methods which can be according to their type of solution applied to rationalizing the technical infrastructure. The economic-mathematical methods deal with the analysis and subsequent solution of objectively various problems. The findings of these methods can be applied in case that the requirement of efficient execution of operations (technical or technological) occurs, often taking into account economic considerations. These methods are consequently typical of the solutions to technical infrastructure. The result will be a method the solution of which leads to increased efficiency in the course of the proposal, its implementation and also in the operation of the technical infrastructure. The expense growing by extent of building will be definitely saved by achieving a more rational proposal of the technical infrastructure. If the proposal of technical infrastructure is more rational, the importance of technical infrastructure will be emphasized, not only in landscape planning, but also in processing a territorial study, regulatory plan, and documentation of the application file for a decision on the location of buildings or facilities
