Abstract
The purpose of this bachelor thessis is to create technological instructions of eBuggy assembly, which will be basis for the most effective asemmbly in real. The steel frame with axle arms is starting point of assembly. In the first step were made subassemblies.The main subassembly is the completion of axles, which consist of arms, silentblocks, ball joints, knuckles, gearbox, half-axle and shock absorber.Next subassembly is the compeltion of steering and mounting seats. In the second step, subassemblies are attached to frame. Appropriate tightening torque and fasteners are defined for all assemblies.
