Abstract

This bachelor thesis describe legislation, evolution in history and the current form of business register in Czech republic in theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. Bachelor thesis mentions who must register in the Commercial Register and what information must be included. Bachelor thesis deal with what bussiness corporations must publish in Collection of Documents and in what form their must be published. In practical part describes how many join-stock companies from a select sample of fifty join-stock companies from Moravian-Silesian Region publish selected informations and documents in Collection of Documents and on their web pages
