Rozpočtové příjmy v obcích Bohuslavice, Kozmice a Píšť

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení rozpočtových příjmů ve vybraných obcích. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které s tímto tématem úzce souvisí. Tato část se dělí na dvě kapitoly, kde první kapitola je věnována obci, jejímu fungování a všemu, co s tím souvisí. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rozpočtu obce, a co konkrétně může tvořit příjmy a výdaje obce. V praktické části jsou představeny jednotlivé obce, kde se nachází, historie, demografické údaje, velikost, obyvatelstvo a konkrétní rozpočty daných obcí. Třetí kapitola se věnuje zhodnocení rozpočtových příjmů. Pro toto zhodnocení je použita časová řada pěti let, aby bylo možné vidět, jak obce hospodařili postupem času a zda se nějak jejich hospodaření v posledních letech změnilo. Aby bylo dosaženo stanoveného cíle bakalářské práce, je využita zejména metoda komparace, analýzy nebo metoda dedukce.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of budgetary receipts in selected municipalities. The theoretical part explains the concepts that are related to this theme. This part is divided into two chapters, where the first chapter is devoted to the municipality, its functioning and everything related to it. The second chapter deals with the budget of the municipality and what in partcular can make the municipalities' receipts and expenditures. In the practical part are presented individual villages, where are found the history, demographic data, size, population and specific budgets of the given municipalities. The third chapter focused on assessing budget revenue. For this evaluation is used a time series of five years in order to see how the municipalities can be seen in the course of time and whether their management has changed in recent years. In order to achieve the specified goal of the bachelor thesis, it is mainly used the method of comparison, analysis or deduction method.
