Abstract

The thesis is concentrated on the optimization of wage costs of an concrete enterprise. The aim is to analyze the labor costs public limited company and prepare a proposal on possible measures to optimize them. The theoretical part describes the labour costs and items related to them. The practical part of thesis includes suggestions and recommendations to address deficiencies, which should be satisfactory for both employees and employers.
