Abstract
The topic of the thesis is the issue of transfer between a natural person to a limited liability company and its application to a selected entrepreneur. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of natural person and legal person and a description of the various possibilities of transfer between them. The practical part deals with the characteristics of selected subjects and the application of a selected variant of the transfer between them.
