Vyhodnocení efektu sloučení příspěvkových organizací v oblasti sociálních služeb

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the social services and contributory organizations founded by the self-governing territory. On the example of two chosen contributory organizations which are founded by the town Český Těšín, is pointed out what effect was brought by merging of these organizations. The aim of the thesis was to do an analysis of management of these organizations before and after their merging and then evaluate effect of their merging. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part social politics in general is described, and also further terms related to social services, their types, providers, financing and payment for these services. The practical part is devoted to the analysis and comparison of activity and management of those contributory organizations. Likewise there are approached conclusions of audit, which was held by consulting firm before the merge of both organizations, the effect of merging is evaluated by graphs and tables.
