Abstract

Bachelor work is oriented for education and development of ČEZ ARÉNA company employees. Purpose of thesis is to analyze stage of employee education and development and see up suggestions and recommendations to improve present condition of ČEZ ARÉNA company. Bachelor work is divided to two parts. First part is theoretical. In this part I am concentrating on theoretical definition of employee education and development. Second part is practical and refers to characteristics of the company, analysis of current stage of employee education and development and also refer to suggestions and recommendations for this company. To analyze current stage I have used checklists method. On the basis of checklist findings, which have described absolute level and approach to education and development, there were described discovered problem areas and there were recommended possible reform resolutions. These resolutions could help to improve education and development in ČEZ ARÉNA company and by that to reach more and more challenging future goals.
