Abstract
The thesis focuses on the recruitment process, adaptation and a more detailed evaluation of the current systems in a selected manufacturing company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and current adaptation process in a selected manufacturing company.
The theoretical part is devoted to personnel activities related to the recruitment process, which include, for example, human resource analysis and planning, recruitment, selection and hiring of employees. It also deals with the topics of employee adaptation, adaptation plan, adaptation models, areas of adaptation, benefits of the adaptation process, digitization of personnel processes and building of the employer brand.
The practical part focuses on introducting the selected company, in which the issue of the recruitment and adaptation process is solved.
A questionnaire survey is conducted in the selected company focusing on the areas of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to identify
the possibilities of recruiting employees, the selection methods applied, the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and the overall integration of the new employee.
As part of the research part, an interview with the manager of the personnel department focused on the forms
and methods of recruiting and selecting employees is also carried out. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, recommendations will be proposed to the selected company to improve and enhance the recruitment
and adaptation process.
