Působení prostorových vlivů na tvorbu cen vybraných pozemků

Abstract

In present work I analyze the change in prices of selected building land in Ostrava at the effects of selected spatial impacts and I will search the main factor affecting the price of land. Introduction is devoted to the concept of building land, methods of this valuation, brief description of the study area and spatial impacts, which may contribute to the development of prices. Subsequently are described used software products and features for analysis. The next section describes the evolution of prices of individual spatial impacts, which are displayed as tables or maps. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation effects individual impacts and determine whether the selected impacts are the main factor in the price of land.
