Abstract

This study is deal with improving access to customer requirements in supplier companies. The requirements are the heart of every process. They describe what should be the result of what must be done, or properties that have a process or product you need. Most processes fail due to incomplete, poorly written or misinterpreted requirements. The purpose of this study is to analyze this issue and propose appropriate solutions that would help the company, which deal with production of forgings for the automotive industry. The first part is theoretical and is focused on explaining the concepts of quality, quality management, customer requirements and standards. The second part is focused on the performance of the company, state analysis of getting requirments from customers and distribution to production. The third part is written about possible proposed solutions, including their detailed analysis and recommended process. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of this study.
