Abstract

The contents of this work is to correctly process the design house apartment building and technological progress in implementation of the work associated with construction. It dealt with drawings for building management and technological progress in implementation of masonry structures. Further, to determine the estimated construction cost and schedule work. The building is located in the cadastral area of the city Hodonín descending order. It is the construction of residential house performing the function of living persons. The building is designed as a four-storey building with 3 floors and 1 underground floor. There are 9 apartments of which 2 bytes in size 1 +1 and 7 bytes in size 2 +1. There is also a utility room. In the basement there is a cellar and boiler room apartment owners. Staircase is the main communication area linking each floor.
