Teoretické a praktické aspekty interních směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce "Teoretické a praktické aspekty interních směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným" se zabývá problematikou interních směrnic. Cílem této práce je vymezit interní směrnice jak z hlediska teoretického, tak praktického hlediska. V teoretické části je vymezen význam a charakteristika interních směrnic, dále legislativa, která tyto směrnice upravuje. V další části práce je představena společnost G&P SERVIS MORAVA s.r.o., pro kterou jsou v praktické části této práce vypracovány návrhy na interní směrnice.

This barchelor's theses "Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Internal Guidelines in the Limited Liability Company" deals with internal guidelines. The aim of this theses is to define internal guidelines from theoretical and practical perspective. The theoretical part defines importance and charakteristic of internal guidelines, further legislation, which regulates these guidelines. In the next part is the G&P SERVIS MORAVA s.r.o. company introduced, for which are formulate proposals for internal guidelines.
