Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of HVAC systems of modern passenger vehicles and practical realization of laboratory model using components of the vehicle Hyundai i30. Opening chapters are dedicated to theoretical search which shows to the reader the basic summary of historical development these systems and their theoretical description. There is also described standard design of air conditioning system including detailed description of individual construction units. The next chapter includes detailed information about HVAC system of selected vehicle for which laboratory model is then created. This chapter includes results of individual measurement which proved the theoretical description in the previous chapter. Sample laboratory task based on the measurement was composed and also included as attachment. The laboratory model will be used in education, especially in the subject called Automotive electronics.
