Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is Designing Marketing Strategy for Development of Microregion. This diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical one. In the theoretical part, there are described the socioeconomic analysis of chosen microregion Dolní Poolšaví and also theoretical resources of the strategic development plan of this microregion. At the end of this part, the specific methodology of the strategic plan is shown in details. The practical part deals with the methodology of data gathering based on two concurrent researches focusing on different respondents. Based on SWOT analysis and research results the strategic areas, goals and priorities of the development of the chosen microregion are claimed. The result of this diploma thesis is the specific designing marketing strategy of Microregion Dolní Poolšaví.
