Abstract

The topic of my thesis – A proposal of a strategic plan of the company I chose mainly because it makes me wonder how a company in terms of the proposed plan can prosper and plan the future for example, three years ahead. Nowadays highly competitive environment, business success is a well-chosen strategic plan and its compliance. Every entrepreneur should have to think about how long you want the plan to form positive and negative factors must override factors. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides background to the problems associated with and working with them in the application. In the practical part, I characterized the selected company, conducted the analysis and draw up a strategic plan. The analysis was carried out studies of financial analysis, study the problem of strategic plans and internal documents drawn up a strategic plan. Based on the results I propose steps that could help to improve the current situation in an organization that was in the first quarter of 2009 due to economic crisis hit.
