Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Slévárny Třinec, a.s. pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy a na základě výsledných hodnot navrhnout doporučení k jejímu zlepšení.

První část práce obsahuje úvod a teoretické východiska, které se zabývají finanční analýzou, jejím významem a využitím. Ve druhé části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti a aplikace finanční analýzy na společnost Slévárny Třinec, a.s. Zdrojem vstupních dat byly finanční výkazy společnosti.

Finanční situace společnosti je hodnocena pomocí absolutních, rozdílových, poměrových ukazatelů, a bankrotních modelů v letech 2005 – 2009. Práce také obsahuje návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést k nápravě problémových oblastí a ke zlepšení celkové finanční situace firmy.

The goal of thesis was valorizing the financial situation of The Foundry Třinec, plc. by the help of indexes financial analysis and on the basis of resulting values recommend improvements for efficiency.

The first part includes introduction and theoretic bases which deals with financial analysis its significance and application. The characteristic of the company and the financial analysis aplication of The Foundry Třinec, plc. are included in the second part. Sources of input dates were financial statements of the company.

The financial situation of the company is valorizing by the help of absolute, diference, ratio index and models of insolvency in years 2005 – 2009. Proposals and recommendations, which should lead to reparation of problem areas and thus to improvement of general financial situation of the company, follow.
