Systém pro monitorování pohybových aktivit a kondice na platformě iOS

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and implementation of a mobile application for the iOS operating system, intended for monitoring and evaluating the user's physical fitness. The application utilizes the native HealthKit framework to retrieve health data collected via Apple Watch. The primary objective is to transform raw data, such as heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), and sleep duration, into a comprehensive physical fitness assessment. Furthermore, the application includes a tool for displaying and analyzing electrocardiogram (ECG) waveforms. This feature enables a direct comparison between the signals recorded by the watch and a reference measurement, with their degree of correlation evaluated using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The thesis is divided into a theoretical analysis of the subject matter, a software design utilizing the modern MVVM architecture, and the implementation itself using Swift and the SwiftUI framework. The result is a fully functional prototype that integrates historical data aggregation, local processing, and interactive visualization.
