Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to assess the use of teams and teamwork in quality department of the Brose s.r.o. company, as well as to create recommendations that may improve it. The theoretical part summarises present knowledge on teamwork and its influence on companies and company culture. The concepts discussed there serve as a base for the practical part of this bachelor thesis. The practical part of this thesis describes and analyses contemporary use of teamwork and its tools in the Brose s.r.o. company. At the end of this part are given recommendations direct to the improvement of the contemporary status, by means of more frequent and effective use of teams and teamwork.
