Annotation of the Diploma Thesis

The name: Regional studies of ÚRZ 1, Ostrava – Stará Bělá city VŠB – TU of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, Ostrava 2015 Supervisor of the diploma thesis: Ing. arch. Hana Paclová, Ph.D. The focus of the diploma thesis is drawing of the territorial study in the frame of urban solution and design of possible functional and special utilization of the development site ÚRZ 1, which is located in the northern part of the Stará Bělá borough in Ostrava. The design of the solution is executed alternatively and contains development of family houses, semi-detached houses and amenities. The territorial study of ÚRZ 1 is processed with continuity on developable area ÚS 49 and with the respect to the given spatial plan. The research contains two solution variants, one of which is processed in detail as far as traffic and the technical infrastructure is considered. The selected urban design contains the layout of individual holdings with family houses, amenities design, traffic design and public place for sport and relaxation.
