Abstract

Healthy enterprise in a competitive environment is possible in a business with well-mastered business aspects of their enterprise as well as financial. This Diploma Thesis focuses on evaluation of economic performance of a particular stock company. The Thesis is divided in four main chapters. Chapter #2 defines elementary terms related to the field of financial analysis, the key feature of the Thesis. Chapter #3 includes description of company AUTEL, a.s., chosen by the author to evaluate its economic performance. Theory conclusions of economic performance analysis are applied in Chapter #4, including interpretation of individual results. Development of economic situation and suggestions to improve particular spheres are described in Chapter #5.
