Abstract

The topic of this dissertationis anevaluationof competitiveness of the companyJelínek. this is divided into two parts. First part includes theoretical facts aboutcompetition and competitiveness, which were drawn from literally sources, where we canfind variety of explanations for this topic. Practical part points to the evaluationof competitivenessof the company Jelínek, using instruments as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis. Some possible provisions for improving company´s competitivenesshave been suggested after evaluation of analyses.
