Abstract

The aim of the thesis is building energy design in low-energy house standard with regard to recycling of building structures to eliminate the gray energy. The design of building structures and technological equipment of the building is placed emphasis on low heat consumption, which is ensured by an optimal design of structures with rigorous solutions of thermal links and bridges. When designing structures and technologies into account the environment, which presents a selection of environmentally friendly building materials, especially wood and insulation based on natural materials. The technology choice will heat source for heating and hot water, which is secured by two design variations of environmental heat sources. The proposal is meant to environmental management of drinking water, which provides feedback using rainwater in the building.
