Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The topic of this Master Thesis is an Analysis of Employee Remuneration and Motivation System in Chosen Company. Because of the importance of these factors and their influence on the overall prosperity of a company, it is necessary to regularly monitor and analyse the situation in each company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the situation from a remuneration and motivation of employees’ point of view. The questionnaire was used in order to get the necessary information. The thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical basis is explained in the first part. The methodology is explained in the second part and in the third part all gained knowledge is applied to a practical case. In conclusion, based on the answers from the questionnaire, suggestions and recommendations are proposed for the future.
