Stanovení optimálních parametrů pro laboratorní vyšetření rovnovážného aparátu.

Abstract

Disturbance of balance is a serious health problem and significantly reduces the quality of human life. When investigation of a patient suspected of imbalance is an important anamnesis and testing of complex which is involved in keeping a balance - balance apparatus of the inner ear, visual, somatosensory and proprioceptive sensory inputs. There are many investigative techniques, such as walking test, Romberg test (subjective diagnostic methods) and posturography (objective diagnostic methods). This diploma thesis is focused to the optimization of pacient diagnostics and possibilities of the diagnostic method based on statistics data analysis improvement. The posturometric data are meassured with the Otometrics balance platform.
