Bezpečnost při výstavbě a uvádění do provozu CNG stanic

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, jak při výstavbě, tak při uvedení do provozu CNG stanic v souladu s požadavky platné legislativy. Úvodní část je věnována informacím o plynných palivech s hlavním zaměřením na CNG, jsou uvedeny vlastnosti a technicko-bezpečnostní parametry a zdůrazněny klady a zápory tohoto paliva. Vysvětlena je technologie čerpací stanice CNG a podrobně jsou zpracovány požadavky na plnicí stanici CNG právě z hlediska zajištění bezpečnosti po stránce technické a organizační. V závěru jsou shrnuty opatření pro bezpečné provozování CNG stanic využitelné v praxi.

The thesis deals with occupational health and safety during the construction of CNG stations and their putting into operation, as in accordance with the law. The first part of the thesis is concerned with gaseous fuels in general, and then it focuses on CNG and its qualities, technical safety features and pluses and minuses of this type of fuel. The second part of the thesis examines CNG station technology and determines CNG station requirements with respect to technical and organizational safety. The final part of the thesis suggests practical steps for the safe operation of CNG stations.
