Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků s výstavami a veletrhy

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is Customer Satisfaction Meassurement with the Exhibitions and Fairs. The aim was to measure satisfaction of visitors with exhibitions „Dovolená a Region, Lázeňství“ (Holiday and Region, Spa), „Svatba“ (Wedding) and „5. Ostravský knižní veletrh“ (5th Ostrava Book Fair). These exhibitions were held by Ostravské výstavy a. s. Company at the exhibition grounds Černá louka from 6th to 8th March 2015. Questionnaire surveys and interview were used to gather data. Observation was an aditional method. 97 questionnaire forms were collected. The main result is for the hosting company to improve originality of exhibition „Dovolená a Region, Lázeňství“ (Holiday and Region, Spa) and accompanying programme of exhibitions „Svatba“ (Wedding) and „5. Ostravský knižní veletrh“ (5th Ostrava Book Fair).
