Analýza nezaměstnanosti ve Zlínském kraji

Abstract

Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala téma „Analýza nezaměstnanosti ve Zlínském kraji.“

Práce má dvě hlavní části, a to teoreticko-metodickou a aplikačně-ověřovací část. V teoreticko-metodické části jsem pomocí literárních pramenů objasnila pojmy týkající se nezaměstnanosti. Především dělení nezaměstnanosti, faktory ovlivňující nezaměstnanost, důsledky nezaměstnanosti a rizikové skupiny. Dále jsem přiblížila povinnosti uchazeče o zaměstnání a státní politiku zaměstnanosti. V aplikačně-ověřovací části jsem charakterizovala Zlínský kraj, vývoj nezaměstnanosti od roku 2007. Zaměřila jsem se na strukturu nezaměstnanosti a současný stav nezaměstnanosti v okresech Zlínského kraje.

For my bachelor thesis I have chosen the topic "Analysis of unemployment in the Zlin Region."

The thesis has two main parts: a theoretical-methodological and application-authentication part I used literature to clarify concepts related to unemployment in the theoretical-methodological part. First of all, forms of unemployment, the factors influencing unemployment, the consequences of unemployment and endangered groups. Then I approached the obligations of job seekers and employment policy. I characterized the Zlin Region in application-authentication part, the unemployment trend since 2007. I focused on the structure of unemployment and the present state of unemployment in the districts too.
