Realizace strukturální pomoci Evropské unie v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

European Union (EU) Regional Policy finances through structural funds great amount of projects in the Moravian-Silesian Region and in the Czech Republic (CR). Structural funds represent big opportunity for the CR to develop its regions. The aim of the thesis is to analyse history of EU Regional Policy and to apply knowledge to describe the completed project. Studying the possibilities of funding in the programming period 2014 - 2020 is to suggest the possibility of using EU funds for follow-up project. The first chapter of the thesis analyses development of EU Regional Policy since its inception, to outline the future programming period. The second chapter describes the Regional Operational Program Moravian-Silesian, which financed the presented project. The third chapter elaborates the completed project and possibilities of funding in the future programming period 2014 - 2020.
