Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků společnosti vykupující sběrné suroviny

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with analysis of customer satisfaction in the field of secondary raw material purchase in Klimkovice which is part of company KOMEX trade, s.r.o. The first part focuses on theoretical basis of customer satisfaction and on survey interview. In the second part is described the current situation of the Klimkovice’s secondary raw material purchase via SWOT analysis which is after used as a source for survey interview. Next part deals with methodology of survey interview which is described in detail. Practical part contains analysis of data collected from the survey interview. In the last part are made suggestions and recommendations from determined results.
