Abstract

The theme of the bachelor‘s thesis is the issue of the internal organizational and management standards in the selected limited liability company. The theoretical part deals with the meaning and characteristic of the internal organizational and management standards, the most important part being the characteristic of the guidelines. The practical part is based around the characteristic of the selected limited liability company, the analysis of the guidelines, which are currently implemented in the company, the interpretation of the analysis results and the creation of the guidelines that are not yet part of the company’s system of standards.
