Modelování jakosti vody v oblasti mísící zóny na vybraných úsecích toku Ostravice

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the modeling of the quality in mixing zones in selected sections of the river Ostravice. The work is based on data obtained in the model utilized for modeling the mixing zone. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the theory that it is necessary to know for modeling water quality in the mixing zone. There is the issue of quality of surface waterways, chemical indicators and modeling capabilities of surface water quality. The practical part is focused on the used methodology, which describes a model in which data are processed, further description of the surveyed area, the measured values obtained, input values for modeling the mixing zone and finally – data evaluation.
