Abstract
Topic of the master thesis is a strategic analysis of a chosen company. The paper is divided to several parts. In the first part are defined concepts related to strategic analysis, that are necessary for a proper understanding of the thesis. Further is introduced company where the analysis is undertaken. The next part consists of the application of methods of external and internal environment on the chosen company. From these methods is compiled final SWOT analysis, which serves as a basis for suggestions and recommendation for the company.
