Abstract
The thesis eveluates the competitive position of the selected mobile operators operating on the Czech telecommunications market. The work is mainly focused on the company Vodafone Czech Republic a.s., and on the basis of the analyses based on the evaluation methods of PEST finding, benchmarking and Harry Pollak model, was proposition some recomendations on this company, that could help it to fixation its position in the market.
