The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the drafting of urban studies for individual housing in "Za školou" in the village Všechovice district Přerov. The content of the work are theoretical background, basic information about the village Všechovice, a description of the current state of the area, but mainly urban proposals for new construction of houses and public spaces with regard to land use plan and limits of the territory. Urban design are made as variants: one of wich is processed more detailed with the solution of technical and transport infrastructure,area visualization and processing of the preliminary calculation of costs.
