Implementace vybraných požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 ve slévárně

Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the standard of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 quality management system - requirements with regard to risk management. The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the implementation of various chapters of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 by foundry company RKL Slévárna, s.r.o. Theoretical part of the study explains the terms of risk management, risk, risk analysis together with the types of risks. It includes maintenance process. The study is also concerned with FMEA method, which identifies the greatest risks for maintenance process. The practical part contains brief description of the aforementioned company. It focuses on applying the PDCA cycle on the maintenance process. Within this process, a new module of the internal system RGU OPTI will be introduced.
