Návrh řešení pracovních podmínek zaměstnanců v hypermarketech dle platné legislativy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to suggest solutions the conditions of labor in supermarkets. The first part gives an overview of legal code requirements, labour relations and some risk factors of working conditions. Next part is focused on identifying the level of working conditions and by organizational and technical measures against contravention of labor laws, for employees working in adverse microclimatic conditions, handling the heavy goods at ticket offices and work-under psychological pressure due to the continued employment scheme or work only at night time.
