Abstract

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design of a new method of risk communication, which should help increase awareness of risks among employees operating machine tools for metals. The bachelor's thesis therefore focuses on a part of a mechanical laboratory, specifically on a workshop called the Structural Testing Laboratory. The first part of the thesis contains basic knowledge about the whole process of health and safety risk management, which consists in the identification, analysis and assessment of risks. The following is information on health and safety training, its syllabus and the implementation itself. The second part of thesis presents the results of risk analysis of metalworking machines and a questionnaire survey. The main output of the work is a proposal for a new methodological tool for better acquaintance with risks and risk communication is developed, which can be used in the initial and periodic training of employees for a given position.
