Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals mainly with evaluation, comparison and use of electrics tun guns, which are used in security practice self-defence.
The introductory part is devoted to the most important legal regulations, laws that come on coercive means and non-lethal weapons. The following is description of each type of stun gun. The aim of this work is to describe the electric stun gun and its anchoring in the legal order of the Czech Republic, analytical evaluation of the effect to this device and the development of a proposal for the use of electric stun gun as a means of coercion in safety practice.
