Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the establishment of sports organization, legal forms of Civil Association. It contains five chapters, including introduction and conclusion. Theoretical part includes a list of the theoretical concepts that relate to the thesis topic, namely the concepts of sport, Civil Association, financing of sports organizations, organization of sport and profit and loss. It also describes the research methods, PESTLE analysis, interview and working with documents that were used in the practical part. The third part establishment and operation of sports organization is focused on describing establishment of new sports organization, legal forms of Civil Association, and all acts that are associated with it. Concurrently states tax and accountancy obligations of newly emerging sports organization, Civil Association to be followed PESTLE analysis. The fourth part is a summary of the findings identified at processing thesis and contains also suggestions on the matter.
