Hodnocení stavebně-technického stavu budov v životním cyklu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje hodnocením stavebně technického stavu budov v celoživotním cyklu. V současné době nabývá hodnocení existujících konstrukcí na důležitosti a stává se tedy velmi významným technickým úkolem, který spočívá v prodloužení životnosti stávajících staveb a ověření trvalé provozuschopnosti nových budov s vynaložením co nejmenších nákladů na jejich opravu, rekonstrukci, modernizaci.

Bachelor thesis describes the evaluation of structural and technical condition of buildings in the lifecycle. In these days, assessment of existing structures becomes more important and therefore it becomes very important technical task, which is suppose to extend the life of existing buildings and verification uptime of new buildings with the smallest possible expenditure of the cost of the repair, reconstruction, modernization.
