Změny v požadavcích normy ČSN EN 13262 a jejich naplnění ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Název diplomové práce je „Změny v požadavcích normy ČSN EN 13262 a jejich naplnění ve vybrané organizaci“. Hlavním cílem práce je, na základě provedené analýzy změn v požadavcích normy ČSN EN 13262, implementace nově vzniklých požadavků normy v praktických podmínkách ve velkém průmyslovém podniku. Dalším dílčím cílem je popsat rozdíly ve vydáních normy ČSN EN 13262 včetně dopadu změn na společnost. Diplomová práce se dělí na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V prvně zmíněné, teoretické části, bude popsáno, co to je kvalita, management kvality a koncepce a modely managementu kvality (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163). Zároveň zde bude přiblížena organizace ISO a CEN-CENELEC a norma ČSN EN 13262:2021. Dále zde budou základy o teorii tváření materiálů, opracování a výroby železničního dvojkolí. V druhé části diplomové práce se budu věnovat praktické části, která obsahuje porovnání normy ČSN EN 13262 z roku 2021 s její starší verzí z roku 2011. Takto vzniklá analýza následně poslouží pro implementaci nové verze normy a jejich požadavků v průmyslovém podniku, konkrétně se budu věnovat požadavku na produktovou kvalifikaci.

The topic of the diploma thesis is "Changes in the requirements of the ČSN EN 13262 standard and their fulfilment in the selected organization". The main target of the work is, based on the analysis of changes in the requirements of the ČSN EN 13262 standard, the implementation of the newly created requirements of the standard in practical conditions in a large industrial organization. Another partial goal is to describe the differences in the editions of the ČSN EN 13262 standard, including the impact of the changes on company. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. In the first mentioned, theoretical part, it will be described what quality is, quality management and concepts and models of quality management (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163). At the same time, the ISO and CEN-CENELEC organizations and the CSN EN 13262:2021 standard will be introduced here. Furthermore, there will be basics about the theory of material rolling, machining and production of railway wheels. In the second part of the diploma thesis, I will focus on the practical part, which contains a comparison of the ČSN EN 13262 standard from 2021 with its older version from 2011. The resulting analysis will subsequently serve for the implementation of the new version of the standard and its requirements in an industrial company, specifically I will focus on the requirement for product qualification.
