Abstract
The work deals with the recruitment analysis, adaptation and fluctuation of employees in the selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of filling vacancies and employee turnover. The output of the practical part is the evaluation of the total costs associated with the acquisition, selection, and adaptation of employees. The contribution of the work is to quantify the costs of staff turnover, as the main criteria for the successfull recruitment, adaptation process and recommendations to increase the effectiveness of these personnel activities.
