Hydrologický model založený na celulárním automatu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of creation of a software application enabling mathematical modeling of the hydrological rainfall-runoff process. In this respect, a tool called cellular automaton was used. The first part explains the relevant concepts in the field of hydrology, geoinformatics, cellular automata and applied programming language. The next part describes the preparatory work and the process of software application development. The following part includes description of the created application called the HC-Model. There are explained the possibilities of work with input data, simulation settings, visualization methods and export of the results. In the next part, the application is tested in two practical cases. Finally, the achieved results and their further possible use are evaluated.
