Návrh způsobu využití odpadní vody z výroby betonové směsi

Abstract

This thesis proposes the use of wastewater generated during the production of mortar in the concrete industry as a possible replacement of mixing water in the production of cement composites. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides general information on concrete and its components. Attention is paid to the technological requirements for mixing water and its recycling in the concrete plant. The practical part deals with the design of the application of wastewater from the production of concrete mixtures in the production of cement composites. The properties of the wastewater are determined and presented. Mixing water was replaced in the amount of 20 and 50 % with the recycled wastewater from the concrete plant. The following effects of the substitution for mixing water were examined: cement mortar consistency, initial setting time, thermal properties and strength characteristics (flexural strength and pressure) of the prepared cement composites.
