Problematika kriminality a její vlivy na společnost

Abstract

On the basis of my topic I have divided my final work into several parts. In the first part I have theoretically described criminality and its primary reasons. In this part I particularly pay attention to factors that influence criminality. Second part of my final work deals with crime itself, its division and detailed description of the most frequent crimes in the Czech republic. The name of the next part of my final work „ evaluation of criminality“ indicates that I have tried to conclude information relating to criminality and its influences on society. In the following part of the final work I have tried to express my opinion about the possibility of change which would decrease number of commited crimes. Finally, I deal with prevention, particularly by means which purpose is to keep down criminality.
