Posouzení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of motivation and job satisfaction of employees in a selected company. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the motivation and satisfaction of employees and to propose recommendations for possible changes based on the information found. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the basic concepts that serve as a basis for the second part, which is the practical part. In the practical part, the company in which the research was conducted was introduced. Two research methods were used, namely a questionnaire survey and an interview. Based on the information found, recommendations for possible changes were made.
