Abstract
The purpose of this strategic concept is to provide starting points to improve the position of the business in a competitive environment and increase its sales and profits.
The aim of dissertation is to propose strategic measures that would help firm to achieve the desired objectives and implement them in business.
In the theoretical part of dissertation are defined basic concepts from the strategic management of small business. This part is devoted to small and medium sized enterprises, strategic management, its elements and principles and the specification of the methods used in the practical part of dissertation, in particular analysis of the surroundings and the internal firm capabilities.
Practical part of dissertation is divided on analysis and design part with the implementation of strategic measures. Using the results of strategic analysis are formulated strategic conclusions that lead to the definition of strategic issues and then to the draft strategic action to achieve the goals. These strategic measures should be implemented with regard to the needs of business and allowed to find specific useful basis for a successful operation of the business.
