Abstract

Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The aim of the master thesis is to prepare a study on the comprehensive use of the development area in Rychvald for the Rychvald Volunteer Fire Brigade. The area is located in a strategically important location in the centre of the town between Sokolská and Požární streets. In order to develop a high-quality and realistic study, a thorough survey of the plot and the surrounding area was first carried out. This survey included an analysis of the existing development, traffic situation, utilities and other relevant factors affecting the future use of the area. The study has been prepared in two versions to provide different perspectives on the possible development of the area. One of these variants is subsequently elaborated in more detail, including a detailed solution of transport and technical infrastructure. This detailed elaboration includes the design of roads, parking areas, connection to utilities and other technical aspects necessary for the operation of the SDH. The main purpose of the study is to propose a suitable layout of the area that will optimally serve the needs of the Rychvald SDH. This includes the design of buildings for equipment and facilities for firefighters, training areas, assembly areas and other elements necessary for the effective functioning of the fire brigade.
